PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Rules

  • Delegates register interest online via https://citynet.co.uk/biba-2023/
  • One registration will be drawn at random on 10 May 2023 from the registered contacts that have attended the event on the day.
  • The registered individual who has attended the event will win a Prize

 

T’s & C’s

  1. The prize draw (the ‘Prize Draw’, ‘Citynet Insurance Brokers Prize Draw’) is open to any person directly invited, delegate or exhibitor at BIBA 2023 aged 18 or over who registers and attends the event at the Rain Bar.
  2. Employees of Citynet Insurance Brokers Ltd (‘Citynet’ ‘We’ ‘Us’), Cobra London Market, Q-Underwriting, PIB Group, its group of companies or their family members or relatives and anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter.
  3. Entrants into the Prize Draw will have accepted these Terms and Conditions before entering.
  4. To enter the Prize Draw you must have registered online via https://citynet.co.uk/biba-2023/ , directly via email or attend the event on the day, providing a business card on which name, business name, email address and contact number are listed.
  5. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be discounted but not disqualified.
  6. You cannot enter on behalf of another person.
  7. We take no responsibility for lost or delayed entries.
  8. We will use your data to notify you if you have a won prize and to communicate with you about our products and services. Our privacy notice is available at https://citynet.co.uk/privacy-notice/
  9. Entrants can only enter the Prize Draw during BIBA Conference 2023 and at the discretion of Citynet Insurance Brokers staff. The Prize Draw will run from 2 pm until 7 pm on Wednesday 10 May 2023.
  10. The winner will receive a Fortnum & Mason gift.
  11. Prize conditions
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • We retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value.
  • The winner will be notified when the draw is completed. (If the winner is not reachable or does not respond to Us within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and We will select another winner in accordance with the process above).

12. All participants, including the winner, may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw.

13. All participants, including the winner, consent to Us using their photograph and name for publicity purposes.

14. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
