Carolyne began her career at Citynet Insurance Brokers in May 2015 as an Account Handler, quickly advancing to Account Manager and later to Associate Director. Now leading the Property & Casualty (P&C) admin team of 16, Carolyne is committed to enhancing service levels to ensure clients receive the highest quality support.

Known for her high attention to detail, focus, and drive, Carolyne continues to strive for excellence within the team. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family.
