Account Manager

Chloe joined the insurance industry in 2017 and has been with Citynet Insurance Brokers since November 2020. Starting as an Account Handler, she quickly progressed to Senior Account Handler and now acts as an Account Manager in the Property & Casualty Department. Currently managing a team of five, including Account Brokers and Handlers, Chloe focuses on delivering exceptional client service and fostering strong relationships with both clients and the market.

Dedicated to problem-solving and always seeking ways to improve processes, Chloe plays a key role in supporting the Associate Director and Managing Director of the department. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and playing netball.
