Kelly joined Citynet in October 2022 and is responsible for the delivery of Citynet’s claims service. She started her career in the London Market with Alesco Risk Management Services in 2010, where she gained significant experience in handling complex claims. She also gained experience on the placing side of the business on multiple classes of business following a promotion.

Kelly is therefore uniquely placed to understand both placing and claims perspectives and understands the vital link between client satisfaction and a dependable claims service. She is therefore absolutely committed to Citynet delivering an excellent claims journey to both clients and underwriters.
