In 2023, Miles joined Citynet as an Account Handler. He has become an integral part of the team, contributing his unique skills and insurance expertise.

Prior to Citynet, Miles gained valuable experience in law enforcement, as a police officer in Kent, but after three years in the forces, he sought new challenges, leading him to pivot to the dynamic field of insurance. Joining a reputable loss adjusters company, he quickly honed his skills in assessing and managing insurance claims.

Outside of work, Miles maintains a balanced life through invigorating gym sessions and indulging his passion for rugby, showcasing his competitive spirit.
