BIBA 2018, Manchester

Is taking place in Manchester on 16th – 17th May 2018. Citynet will exhibit there for the third year running and can be found on Stand D63. We are confident that this year’s exhibition will be bigger and better than any year so far. Watch this space!

IBA Broker Market Day, Dublin

This broker event will be taking place on 7th June 2018 at the RDS in Dublin. Citynet will be exhibiting there for the second year running and we are looking forward to meeting all our Irish broker partners as well as making new connections.

Coventry Broker Expo

This broker exhibition will be taking place on the 1st November 2018 in Coventry at Ricoh Arena. Citynet will be exhibiting there again and are looking forward to meeting our broker partners and to build the foundations for new relationships with brokers from the Midlands and North of England.

BIBA Scotland

This regional exhibition organised by the British Insurance Broker Association will be taking place in November 2018. The venue and the exact date are still to be confirmed. Citynet Insurance Brokers will be exhibiting there for the second year running following a successful 2017 show.

NEWMARKET RACES – AN ANNUAL EVENT ORGANISED BY CITYNET INSURANCE BROKERS!

Citynet were delighted to be joined by our underwriting partners at our Newmarket Race Day in June ‘17.

The race meeting has become an annual Citynet event and is something both we and our partner Insurers and MGA’s look forward to in the calendar. This year’s event was a triumph and a chance for us to celebrate another successful year with friends and market colleagues in a relaxed environment away from the office where everyone’s focus could be more on the days racing than insurance and deals.

Citynet’s value to our agents lies in the quality of our underwriting partners so it was tremendous to see so many of them taking a day out of the market to join us. With over 70 people at the event, it must have been a quiet day in the city.

Citynet Insurance Brokers is already planning the 2018 event and is looking forward to celebrating another great year with our market friends.

Macmillan coffee morning at Citynet Insurance Brokers HQ

It has finally arrived!

Today, 29^th of September 2017, people all over the country will be taking part in an activity that’s tasty, fun and also helps raise funds and awareness for a truly worthy cause.

I think it’s fair to say that all of us at Citynet Insurance Brokers are fans of cake and sweet treats. One reason more to save a special spot on our calendar for the world’s biggest #MacmillanCoffeeMorning.

The chance to enjoy some tasty bites along with a hot beverage, while providing support for Macmillan at the same time, has become a tradition in our HQ year on year.

Each and every one of us has made a special effort today by baking, buying and bringing is the most delicious treats. Our baking competition has seen people of all ages getting involved. It is with great pride that we announce the winner of our Best Baker competition. This year we award this prize to one of our youngest member of staff, Ellis Jardine. Lloyds Meet the Market Bristol

Citynet were proud to be attending the Lloyds Meet the Market Bristol. We enjoyed a very productive day on our stand, where both existing and new customers visited to learn more about Citynet, our Services & Schemes. Citynet Insurance Brokers Event

On the 29th September 2016, Citynet held another successful Irish Brokers event, on board the MV Cill Airne which is docked in Dublin.

The event gave an excellent opportunity for our Irish Brokers to meet Citynet Directors and employees, also the opportunity to meet UK Insurers together with Loss Adjusters and Solicitors.

Lloyd’s Ireland Charity Cricket

Citynet Were Represented By Andrew Seabrook and Harry Mills at the Lloyd’s Ireland Charity Cricket Match. The match between UK and Ireland Brokers end in a draw scoring 133 runs each. Andrew Seabrook won man of the match for a spectacular catch on the boundary.

The match raised just under €10,000 through sponsorship, which will be split evenly between Temple Street Children’s University Hospital in Dublin and Great Ormond Street Hospital in London. This event was dedicated to the memory of the late Colum Diamond, our fellow insurance colleague who sadly passed away.

BIBA 2016 – Young Broker of the Year Award

At the BIBA 2016 Conference, Harry Mills was in the final 3 for the Young Broker of the Year Award.
